Fausto de la Torre is the driving force behind the success of Thoughtworks Europe. As a Director and member of the Global Technology Advisory Board, he's a veteran in digital transformation, modernizing legacy systems and crafting innovative digital products.
Fausto has extensive experience cultivating future leaders and technical teams, and continues to drive the European division towards growth and innovation.

Kyle Buttner
Kyle Buttner is Product Manager on Spotify’s Platform Insights team, where he works with a team of super talented data scientists, engineers and researchers to make sure R&D at Spotify has all the crucial data and insights to make Spotify better.
He came to Spotify via a handful of product and engineering roles in the platform and data science worlds, most recently leading product for the cloud engineering team at Babylon Health.
