In this webinar we will share stories of how systematically we fostered an ecosystem for the teams to move from a highly collaborative face-to-face working mode to remote collaboration mode while following all the basic principles of agile ways of working.  We will touch upon the learnings and insights we gained from  the new norm to leverage it in our future operations.

Webinar key take-aways

  1. It will provide you a systematic framework to think of your own ecosystem.
  2. It will give you a structured approach to consider the various stakeholders and enable them to work remote first.
  3. The stories will provide you insights from our learnings - what’s worked for us and what hasn’t. So you can apply these in your context.
  4. Most importantly, it would provide you ways to evolve the constraints into opportunities for future growth.
