In our industry it's important to find space for women leaders to share experiences, common concerns and learnings. We are bringing together women leaders in business and technology across a variety of industries and would be delighted if you could join us at our Limitless launch event.

Today, more and more organisations are thinking about how to address the challenges presented by the disruptive and transformative era in which we find ourselves. Diversity of thought, inclusion and the important role played by women in tech is crucial to harnessing innovation and creating real value for customers. During this dynamic session, our guest speaker Dr. Anita Sands will be sharing her story as well as exploring the theme of Women in Tech Leadership as part of a facilitated discussion, with an opportunity for Q&A.

Anita Sands is a U.S. based board-director, author, and speaker. A former Fulbright Scholar, she holds a Masters in Public Policy and Management as well as a Ph.D. in Atomic and Molecular Physics.

Having completed her academic pursuits, she spent ten years in financial services in Canada and the US, becoming the Chief Operating Officer of UBS Wealth Management Americas at the ripe old age of 33.

Recognising the importance of technology, she then made a major shift and uprooted herself to San Francisco. Now six years into her technology chapter, she serves on the boards of two public corporations—Service Now and Pure Storage and two private companies ThoughtWorks and AppBus. She’s also an Advisory Board member at Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Global.
