On the 24th of August 2013, we are excited to bring to you a brand new edition of BAConf Bangalore: Dimensions of Product Management. This year's conference is tackling important topics such as articulating market problems, defining product roadmaps, using prototyping as a means of testing out product ideas, and other aspects of product management.
As background, the BAConf is aimed at providing an informal forum for analysts, product owners and product managers to collaborate and exchange ideas on business and product analysis. In its third year, BAConf has been held in Bangalore and across other Thoughtworks India offices including Pune, Chennai and Gurgaon.
The all-day event includes both a series of talks and hands-on workshops delivered by speakers from across the industry, including our keynote speaker, R.N. Prasad, author of “Fundamentals of Business Analytics," and former head of the Business Intelligence and Analytics Competency Development, Professional Skills Development, and Product Management Competency Development strategy at Infosys.
But don't just take our word on it. Read what past participants had to say about BAConf.
“Thank you for organizing a BA conference. Great forum to meet and network with fellow BA community. Some great sessions, and a good agenda overall. Good idea to drive home some skills via a team activity, also helped break the ice!”
“Good job and looking forward to hear about the next conference”
“Style of session- interactive, open and agile. Topics were very relevant and good to have.”
“Kudos guys! Have to thank you guys for the initiative. Very glad overall.”
If the past record is anything to go by, then you can expect a fun-filled day of networking with fellow product management enthusiasts.
And for those of you who haven't been able to register online, feel free to walk-in at the Thoughtworks Bangalore office. Registration will begin at 9.30 am on Saturday, the 24th of August. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
We look forward to seeing you!
