About the Webinar | September 17

Working Backwards - Leading organisations achieve growth by marrying customer-obsession with a modern technology strategy. In this upcoming webinar, we’ve partnered with AWS to bring you exclusive insights from one of the world’s most innovative companies, Amazon.

Enterprise leaders know they need a cloud strategy but very few know where to start. Start with a business unit? An application? An independent innovation lab? For leading organisations like Amazon, you start by working backwards from your customer. This requires bringing business and technology stakeholders together.

During this webinar, we’ll introduce the innovation principles that have made Amazon so successful and share ThoughtWorks’ insights and best practices that have helped some of Australia’s most successful organisations enable their innovation journey.
