I am a Lead Product Manager with more than 20 years of experience in banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI). I specialize in driving the strategy and delivery of digital and banking products, combining business vision, analytical thinking and a results-oriented approach.

At Thoughtworks, I have led complex banking initiatives, including the migration of security capabilities for a major banking mobile application. I managed end-to-end releases, reduced technical debt, prioritized regulatory requirements and supported the transition of key products to full client ownership.

I am a certified Professional Scrum Product Owner, bilingual in Spanish and English, and currently expanding my expertise in GenAI-assisted delivery, AI agent design and advanced agile product strategies.
