Vanessa (Ness) Barons

I joined Thoughtworks in 2022 as Client Principal. I have a long term customer centric view on partnership and helping to achieve a client’s goals. I am passionate about mental health and wellbeing especially as it relates to teenagers. I live in Melbourne with my husband, daughter and our Cavoodle.
