Thoughtworks is a global company and has offices in Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, Finland, Germany, India, Italy, Romania, the Netherlands, North America, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, and the United Kingdom. As such your data may be processed outside of your country of residence, however it is protected and secured to an equally high level and you have the same rights despite provenance or destination. Additionally, Thoughtworks has entered into internal Standard Contractual Clauses as written by the European Commission.
