Prior to Thoughtworks, Omar spent 15 years in investment banks and capital market firms delivering trading systems technology across different asset classes.
Omar started his career as an avionics engineer working on airborne electronics and embedded systems before transitioning into enterprise IT. He has a PhD in Computer Networks.
Dogus Gucsav
Senior Solution Architect, Amazon Web Services (Financial Services EMEA)Dogus supports AWS customers (and future customers) define and design how AWS and the Cloud can deliver their transformation goals and strategic visions.
Throughout Dogus’ career, he has had the privilege of applying his expertise across diverse domains of the banking industry, playing roles in crafting and executing (implementing) strategies for large-scale transformation and modernization programmes. Notably, he has been involved in the establishment of greenfield neo-banks, contributing both as a business analyst and solution architect.
