Google Cloud 工作站 是 GCP 提供的云端开发环境（Cloud Development Environment，CDE）。它提供了完全托管的容器化开发环境，可以通过SSH、HTTPS、VSCode、Jetbrains IDEs 等多种方式进行访问，使开发人员可以享受和连接本地环境一致的体验。Google Cloud 工作站允许管理员将容器化开发环境纳入私有网络，并可以选择使其对外公开或仅在内部访问。这种网络配置的灵活性，再加上支持使用自定义或预定义的镜像构建环境，使得Google Cloud工作站，在我们看来，值得那些在其GCP边界内寻找安全的CDE解决方案的组织将其纳入评估。如果您正在考虑使用Google Cloud 工作站，我们建议在广泛推广之前先测试网络配置，因为高延迟可能会对开发者在这些容器中的使用体验造成一定的影响。
