My Thoughtworks journey began in Germany in 2013. Since then, I've taken on various leadership and change management roles within our dynamic Talent Acquisition function, consistently focused on scaling our recruiting efforts.

Now, as a Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager, I lead and coordinate global initiatives to drive Thoughtworks' growth. 

Alongside my partner and our two kids, we currently call the beautiful city of Barcelona our home.
