As a community manager in Berlin and member of the Global Workplace Operations and Experience team, I spend most of my day connecting and supporting people to organize great events and bring their stories and learnings to the stage. 

I see it as my responsibility to create spaces where people feel safe and comfortable to share their thoughts, experiences and knowledge and thus grow and discover their own marvelous potential.
