It turns out that I'm actually in a Jazz Band.

 

Most client problems include a number of unknowns which demands the ability to play with the band and break out into a solo as required in a context of high ambiguity.

 

I also prescribe to the scientific process requiring empirical data as feedback for decision making as illustrated in the Deming Cycle (PDCA). I am a huge fan of Deming.

 

Therefore I coin the term: EMPIRICAL JAZZ
