I have been leading teams for several years in various industries: from banking to television; publishing to local government. I began my career as a developer, growing my skills through observing disparate projects and leadership styles, and experimenting with my own leadership philosophy: “create the conditions for a team to be great".
I am deeply interested in how teams work together, and I enjoy helping teams become more than the sum of their parts. I’m currently working as Office Principal for ThoughtWorks London office - using my professional services experience to grow the London office, and support other ThoughtWorkers across over a dozen client sites.
