Thoughtworks embedded a Claude-powered AI companion into the existing defect platform to summarise, deduplicate, classify, and route tickets automatically. Accuracy reached 95% in specific benchmarks. Misrouting and manual triage fell sharply across a codebase running 140,000 daily builds.
A US health benefits platform needed to help consumers challenge denied medical claims. 850 million denials a year, fewer than 1% appealed. Thoughtworks built a guided tool using Claude to generate appeal letters grounded in clinical evidence and legal rulings. Beta delivered in three months in a regulated healthcare environment.
