Marcelo Morales Padilla

I started at ThoughtWorks as a Graduate Developer in 2019, and I moved to the Experience Designer Role in 2021. I have experience building user centered products and agile cultivation in the Financial, Banking and Retail industries. I’m supporting the evolution of the Product Area in Santiago’s Office. My passion is Product Thinking and I firmly believe that Technology helps people solve their problems without taking the human out of the equation.

I live in Santiago with my incredible girlfriend and daughter-cat.
