The Field Marketer, IME plays a critical role in developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and sales enablement. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
You will work closely with regional sales teams to align marketing activities with local business objectives, ensuring the successful execution of global campaigns through localized initiatives. You thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment and excel at balancing multiple projects while delivering measurable business impact.
Job responsibilities
- Implement and manage account-based and deal-based marketing programs to target key accounts in the region, working closely with sales to personalize approaches to these high-value potential customers.
- Drive co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners, including joint webinars, case studies, and content collaborations.
- Plan and execute end to end management of field marketing events, including in-person and virtual events (e.g., webinars, roundtables, industry conferences) that drive middle- and bottom-funnel engagement.
- Partner with sales to ensure event participation aligns with target accounts and sales goals.
- Manage event logistics, promotions, post-event follow-ups, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with the global campaign center team to localize and execute global marketing campaigns effectively within your region.
- Work with subject matter experts to shape insights posts, write clients stories and develop persuasive content to support your campaigns.
- Assist the sales team by providing them with up-to-date marketing materials, including product brochures, presentations, case studies, and competitive analysis reports.

Technical Skills
- Utilize data to continuously optimize field marketing strategies, contributing to the achievement of regional sales targets and broader company goals.
- Work closely with strategic partners in the region to co-develop and execute joint marketing initiatives, including webinars, case studies, and thought leadership content. Collaborate with the global partner marketing team to adapt and leverage existing programs, ensuring alignment with regional market needs and business objectives.
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Proven success in field marketing, event management, and campaign execution.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
Professional Skills
- Results-driven and highly adaptable to a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across sales, marketing, and partner teams.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo) is a plus.
- Collaborate with the market director to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and customer engagement strategies, actively contributing to commercial strategy discussions that drive business growth.
- Measure and report on the success of field marketing activities, ensuring all activities are tracked in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
