Thoughtworks Hosts ParadigmShift Conference on Leadership in the Age of Accelerated Change in Miami with Global Business Leaders

Multi-Day Event on September 25-27 Brings Together International Business Leaders from Finance, Technology, Retail, Hospitality and Travel

Thoughtworks, a global technology company, today announced that best-selling author and business advisor, Ram Charan, and Peter Diamandis, best-selling author and one of Fortune Magazine’s “World’s Greatest Leaders,” will be among the keynote speakers at the upcoming ParadigmShift conference scheduled for September 25-27 in Miami, Florida.

Now in its third year, the annual invitation-only Thoughtworks Leadership Series brings together an impressive blend of senior business leaders. Executives from companies, including Barclaycard and OTTO, will share experiences and engage in joint learning around the technology and automation revolutions that are blurring the line between humans and machines.

“What’s amazing about ParadigmShift is not only discussing multiple industries but getting a global perspective because of the attendee list,” said Rob Milstead, Senior Vice President Digital, Genuine Parts Company. “ The smaller format works exceptionally well and the chance to interact with people you normally wouldn’t interact with is phenomenal.”

At ParadigmShift, invitees will discuss the disruptive automation and technology trends that are upending every industry. From AI, to next-gen software, the physical and digital world are colliding in new and exciting ways. Attending business leaders will share personal stories, challenges, and disruptive approaches with industry peers from across the business landscape.

“Organizations that have dominated their markets for decades are now being disrupted by new technologies and new players. In this era of digital disruption, success belongs to courageous executives who choose to explore the blurred world of automation and technology. Complex problems require bold solutions and that is what will drive our dialogue at this year’s ParadigmShift,” said Craig Gorsline, President and Chief Commercial Officer at Thoughtworks.
