I'm an accomplished payments and technology leader with more than 25 years of experience across financial services, payments and consulting. As Global Payments Leader at Thoughtworks, I lead the payments practice, helping financial institutions, banks, payment service providers, networks, merchants and regulators drive growth, innovation and transformation, while supporting the adoption of AI across payments channels, operations and technology.

Throughout my career, I've held senior leadership roles at leading global organizations and built a strong track record of shaping payments strategy, delivering large-scale transformation and advising senior executives across the industry. I work at the intersection of strategy, regulation, innovation and technology, with a focus on platform modernization, real-time payments, fraud prevention, scaling enterprise AI and agentic commerce.

I have also played an active role in shaping the future direction of the payments industry, including contributing to the UK Future of Payments Review and National Payments Vision. I'm a passionate advocate for authentic leadership, diversity in technology and responsible AI. I am also proud to be actively involved in Women in Payments, Women on Boards and Global Women in AI.
