Summary:
Thoughtworks is expanding its Go-to-Market (Sales) Team to support the growth of its clients in North America. We are seeking Client Partners who can develop and execute account plans, nurture senior client relationships, and achieve revenue targets in collaboration with the Client Leadership team. Our mission is to foster revolutionary changes in the IT industry while creating positive social impact.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain long-term, value-based relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Manage between one and three accounts, driving $15 million to $50 million in revenue annually.
- Develop account strategies and build win-win value propositions at both company and individual levels.
- Contribute to the development of IP and best practices around client and portfolio development.
- Engage with client executives as business partners, expanding our company's potential.
- Integrate offshoring as a delivery method.
- Oversee execution of engagements, providing early risk visibility to leadership.
- Stay informed with the company’s business strategy and IT goals.
Required Skills:
- Experience in executive revenue-generating roles with strong business acumen.
- Track record of managing and developing senior client relationships and strategic business partnerships.
- Consultative and solution-oriented approach in contributing to clients’ business.
- Ability to drive thought leadership and innovation for clients.
- Experience in software development project delivery.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute in complex environments.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams with creativity and enthusiasm.
Additional Information:
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, as projects are primarily on customer sites.
- Must possess work authorization that does not require H-1B visa sponsorship or dependent EAD.
