I joined ThoughtWorks in 2003 as a software engineer, because I believed in the company’s pursuit of software excellence—to push ourselves, our clients and our industry to continuously evolve and improve. In 2018, I was appointed as ThoughtWorks’ first-ever chief talent officer where I aim to create a holistic, global approach to diverse talent sourcing, acquisition, and development while scaling 43 offices in 14 countries. I also oversee ThoughtWorks University and First-Year Experience. I am proud to work at ThoughtWorks, where we are committed to being a strong learning organization where individuals can expand their capabilities and reach their full potential as part of a high-performing team.
Previously, I held a variety of roles as a ThoughtWorker, most recently as group managing director for North America, where I evolved my skill sets and business acumen while taking on project management, program management, and client engagement responsibilities.
In 2015, I was honored to be recognized by Crain’s Chicago in their 40 under 40 list for doubling the percentage of technical women employed at ThoughtWorks. I received my B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
With ThoughtWorks, I've visited
UK, Germany, India, China, Australia, Brazil and South Africa!
