Michael Fait

I joined Thoughtworks Germany in 2011 when we were a team of five people, and I’m proud to have played a part in helping us grow to over 350. For ten years I was a Principal Consultant and Developer specialising in IoT and the automotive industry, before being appointed Head of Enterprise Modernization, Platforms and Cloud at the end of 2020. In my current role I focus on bringing together business, technology and consulting to tackle our clients’ biggest challenges.

I live near Hamburg with my family.
