As the capital and seat of government of Germany, Berlin is an important centre for politics, culture, media and science. With 3.6 million inhabitants, the city is the most populous in the country and with 892 square kilometres also the largest in the Federal Republic. Berlin is very diverse – also when it comes to its economy. From start-ups to large, digital corporations and public sector companies, you can find almost all forms of businesses here. Our office is located in Berlin-Mitte directly at Checkpoint Charlie since summer 2017. There is enough space for all ThoughtWorkers and several meeting rooms, which are all named after German activists. On the ground floor we have a large event space for meetings and community events, which we host.
