In April 2022, executive leaders from around the world convened in New York for ParadigmShift, an invite-only event hosted annually by Thoughtworks. This year’s theme, The power of togetherness, saw industry leading speakers from Spotify, Mercedes-Benz, ITV and Mondelēz, among others, sharing how we must come together in new and powerful ways to succeed in a much-changed world.
