I am highly skilled in leading organizational change and transformation, with a focus on generative AI, emerging technologies and innovation. Currently, I work as Director of AI in Tech for Piramal Finance.

 

Prior to this, I was Head of Generative AI R&D and Client Partnerships at Thoughtworks across India, the Middle East and other regions, as well as Head of Communities for Thoughtworks India. I have led and implemented AI strategies that drove revenue growth and strengthened client engagement.

 

Founded and led Thoughtworks' Generative AI group, named GPT Wizards, responsible for research, development and client engagement focused on generative AI.

 

I am also a speaker and author for magazines like EFY and Opensource4You. Additionally, I write for India's largest National Daily, The Hindu's tech column "Text and Context - ToolBox." When not working, I spend time playing and studying chess.
