Besides classic life and health insurance, automobile, property and legal costs insurance, the product range also includes innovations in the field of "Smart Insurance".
As part of an agile transformation, we worked together with Generali employees in cross-functional teams on business-critical issues to achieve sustainable changes in the implementation and provision of digital solutions and products.
We focused on central, business-critical technologies that had grown over long periods and been developed based on legacy architectural patterns. Our primary goal is to use DevOps key metrics such as release frequency and lead time to enable agile teams to deliver continuously and independently.
During this partnership, employees and managers experienced the immediate impacts of the changes made, learned from practical experience and made quick course corrections using feedback from customers.
