Working as a developer and a consultant. We help customers discover, design, and implement solutions together with customers.

Honestly, I hadn’t heard about Thoughtworks before. I randomly applied to different companies after graduation. Over the course of the interview process at Thoughtworks, I learned about the company culture. I was really inspired and decided to join Thoughtworks.
What has been your favorite part of your Thoughtworks career to date?
Supportive culture. Thoughtworks is one of the companies that has a flat organizational structure. This leads to almost no barrier for us to support and receive support from each other so that everyone in the company can ensure their growth
What advice would you give to anyone thinking of joining Thoughtworks?
Thoughtworks has a unique culture which might not fit everyone. However, whether it fits you or not, you will definitely learn something new - from the interview session to the latest tech stacks, from the ways of working to the opinionated colleagues who will challenge you to be better - therefore, don’t be afraid and give it a try.
