Describe your experience so far at Thoughtworks in one or two words: Inclusivity

What does your job involve?

My role is to ensure the products are delivered with quality to clients and real users.

What is the most rewarding aspect of what you do?

Once the product is introduced to real users, the feeling after that is always my reward, my team and I are able to solve their problems and make them satisfied.

We’d love to hear about your career journey. Can you talk about what led you to Thoughtworks and your decision to join Thoughtworks?

Thoughtworks is my first company ever. I joined Thoughtworks after I graduated with a Fashion degree. I was into technology at that time and wanted to work in the tech industry. Thus, I sent my CV to many consulting companies. Thoughtworks was the only company that had no doubt about my educational background. I was so surprised that the recruiters had never asked me about that. Plus, I was so impressed by the culture of the company. So, I accepted the offer without hesitation.

What has been your favorite part of your Thoughtworks career to date?

Thoughtworks allows me to create my personalized development plans which enable me to identify achievable career goals and provide support when needed. I don’t think there are many companies that allow you to do that. Once you join them, you need to grow into the roles they need you to be. Thoughtworks is completely different.

What advice would you give to anyone thinking of joining Thoughtworks?

If you want to work within a multicultural company with a diverse team, this is it! You won’t regret it for sure.

Anything else that you wanted to add about your Thoughtworks journey?

It was a smooth journey for me. Thank you Thoughtworks for all the support.
