Iulia has more than 15 years of professional experience in industry and consulting, mostly in Strategy, Innovation and Portfolio Management, and as a trainer for Agile Methodologies. 

She is driven by the value her clients get from their transformation efforts in their search for adapting to new digital realities, while catering for the employees' well-being at the same time. Iulia thinks that recognising the huge impact such changes have on the people, from both professional and personal perspectives, and the fact that it’s the same people who actually do the transformation, are playing a huge role in the success of these efforts.
