I joined Thoughtworks in 2016 as a Market Principal. With over 17 years of technology experience, I have played multiple roles including Software Developer, Project Manager, Market Principal and Delivery Principal. 

As a Principal Consultant I help clients solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions. I've worked across many sectors including Energy (EV), Retail, Financial Services and Gaming. 

I have extensive leadership experience in custom software development, legacy modernization, strategic platform implementation and data products. I’ve excelled in fast value delivery to multiple geo-locations, building high performing teams, delivery assurance, governance and organizational change.
