GSF Global Summit

Germany

Thank you for joining us in Hamburg or Berlin for our Green Software Foundation Global Summit!

We experienced two great events with engaging discussions around green software principles, learned about ways to measure a piece of software’s carbon footprint and about sustainability for developers, designers, and technologists. But first and foremost, we had the opprtunity to exchange thoughts and network again in person – finally!

No doubt, the topic of green software (developement) is of high relevance and we understood the task: We want to continue the lively discussion with all of you and are already thinking about further events and formats.

About Green Software Foundation

The Green Software Foundation (GSF) is a non-profit foundation with currently 28 member organizations and almost 600 individuals aiming to build a trusted ecosystem of people, standards, tooling and best practices for Green Software. The GSF is ensuring software as part of the climate solution, not the climate problem. The Foundation's mission is to reduce the total change in global carbon emissions associated with software.
