The best advice I can give a current or future ThoughtWorker is
Always keep an open mind and embrace diversity of thought.
The thing I'm most proud of from my time here is
I have become a better human being
The most interesting thing I've learned on the job is
‘Soft’ skills like communication, stakeholder engagement etc. are at least as important as domain/technical skills
The thing I love most about my work is
The opportunity to make a ‘game changing’ impact on client organizations.
With ThoughtWorks, I've visited
6 continents. If IT activity was happening in Antarctica, I am sure, I would have got the opportunity to visit that continent too!
