I’ve been performing the role of BA for the last decade, but my career in IT started as a software developer back in 1998.
I believe that the BA should be the one responsible for lowering the signal-to-noise ratio between business needs and software delivery, being an active agent on the build-measure-learn process, seeking to get the maximum outcome with the right amount of effort.
I came to find ThoughtWorks by
I somehow had imprinted in my developer brain that "ThoughtWorks is awesome". Later, revisiting my tech books, it was easy to understand how that image was formed: lots of them were written by or had a foreword from a ThoughtWorker.
With ThoughtWorks, I've visited
Haiti, Peru, Ecuador, Cuba, Panama, USA, India, UAE, Germany, England, and Chile.
The thing I love most about my work is
Working with awesome people in a diverse environment, having challenging projects that can produce real impact and also help contribute to the career growth of my colleagues.
