I have worked in IT for more than 10 years, and the last 7 in Thoughtworks leading teams to build successful products. I love to work on both the problem space and solutioning space using a user-centric approach along with innovation techniques to uncover the gains and pains in the user’s journeys. I have applied this knowledge in a wide range of industries like health, banking, education, and retail.

I enjoy working with diverse teams and I am an advocate for continuous learning and experimentation. I am based in Quito, Ecuador
