Throughout my career I have been fascinated by the intersection of business and technology: How do we effectively deliver value at scale? I joined Thoughtworks as a Programme Manager in 2003 because of their reputation as the pioneers of agile software development. From there, I became responsible for the successful delivery of all of our client projects as Global Head of Delivery before being appointed CIO in 2013. I am proud to have overseen the vast improvement in our own technology and infrastructure over recent years, which I feel is a case study in how to drive a digital transformation.
