Senior Developer / Enterprise Architect

We are looking for a skilled individual to contribute to the development and enhancement of our enterprise architecture practice, with a focus on utilizing our architecture modelling platform. This role offers the chance to influence our architectural approach and support informed decision-making.

Job responsibilities

Support the implementation of enterprise architecture principles and standards.
Help manage and promote the use of our architecture modelling platform.
Collaborate on the development of guidelines and procedures for architecture modelling.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of standardized architecture models.
Contribute to the improvement of data quality within the architecture repository.
Support the creation of reports and dashboards to provide architectural insights.
Facilitate effective architecture knowledge sharing.
Engage with relevant vendors to understand platform developments.
Assist in the development of user documentation and training materials.
Communicate architectural concepts to various stakeholders.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

Experience with enterprise architecture modelling tools and techniques (e.g., UML, C4, TOGAF, ArchiMate).
Ability to lead the implementation and governance of architecture modelling platforms.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and their practical application.
Experience in establishing architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices within a complex organization.
Technical content knowledge management skills, including the ability to organize, structure, and maintain architectural information effectively.

Professional Skills

Occasional travel to the office few times per month is needed.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at various levels.
