Global Head of Digital - Marketing Technologies

I help organizations define how they compete in the AI era, and turn that into concrete changes in how teams work, decide and go to market.

My background spans marketing strategy, customer insight, digital delivery, and embedding AI at enterprise scale, which allows me to operate beyond functional optimization and influence business-level positioning and growth.

Today, I lead the award-winning AI4GTM program at Thoughtworks, reporting directly to the CMO. I’ve helped shift our marketing organization to an intelligence-first operating model by reclaiming control of core intelligence from SaaS platforms and building agent-ready foundations across structured and unstructured data. This work has delivered material cost reduction, with multi-million savings projected over the next 18 months.

I prioritize narrow, domain-led intelligence over generic models. When AI systems learn from proprietary knowledge rather than the noise of the web, they behave like top experts, not assistants. That principle underpins both our internal transformation and our external positioning.

I’ve been able to deliver this by reshaping teams and operating models early, including creating an AI marketing applications function, introducing forward-deployed AI engineers into marketing, and redefining how we partner with IT so horizontal capabilities power strategy, not constrain it.

Alongside this, I play a critical role in positioning Thoughtworks for the AI era, working directly with senior leadership on the market narrative to position Thoughtworks as a leader in Agentic Development. This work sits at the intersection of deep technical understanding, customer insight and strategic storytelling.

Beyond Thoughtworks, I regularly speak on AI that works in an enterprise context. Having lived in four countries, I currently lead a global team from the Thoughtworks London office.
