Course Synopsis
The focus of Outsourcing 2.0 (OS2.0) is to improve the quality of outsourced projects by uplifting engineering practices across the entire software delivery lifecycle. This training will introduce participants to the 8 key shifts and corresponding actions that can be adopted on existing or upcoming projects to help drive better quality.
The training format blends concepts with hands-on activities, real-life examples and case-based scenarios to reinforce the key shifts and how they can be applied to outsourced projects. It will also equip attendees with the ability to spot and resolve commonly observed antipatterns that they may be exposed to during technical projects.
