Sid leads Thoughtworks’ BFSI practice across the UK and Ireland, where he partners with clients to navigate large-scale business and technology transformations. His 28-year career spans the full spectrum of financial services, from executing complex delivery engagements for organizations like NatWest, Aviva, and Santander, to advising agile fintech disruptors.

For nearly a decade, Sid has centered his work on the intersection of AI and data-driven innovation. He helps organizations do more than just 'digitize', he guides them in reinventing their operating models to accelerate growth and stay resilient in an era of constant disruption.
