Javier López Fernández

Lead Consultant Developer

Javier joined Thoughtworks as a Lead Consultant Developer in September 2019 at the Spain office. With 18 years of experience in the software industry, he has worked in various sectors such as online travel agencies, aerospace, and public companies. His focus is on continuous improvement, application quality, and solving real user problems.

 

Additionally, Javier is the regular host of the Thoughtworks podcast in Spanish, "Hablando de Software" (Talking About Software), a series of conversations that delve into technology trends, software development, and implementation, providing a current technological perspective. In the podcast, he interviews experts from the technology industry to share knowledge and experiences.

Thoughtworks acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live, and their continued connection to Country. We pay our respects to Elders past and present. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples were the world's first scientists, technologists, engineers and mathematicians. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
