Employer Brand Manager & DEI Lead

I'm a strategic employer branding professional with 15+ years of experience developing, implementing and leading effective campaigns to shape how to attract and retain top technology talent at Thoughtworks Australia. I do this whilst partnering with cross functional teams responsible for various parts of the people experience

 

Additionally, my role as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) lead sees me driving and delivering initiatives that focus on integrating and aligning Thoughtworks’ DEI agenda with the business, internal and external context.

 

The intersection between employer branding and DEI to cultivate and manage diverse workplace practices has allowed me to explore new paradigms for understanding work culture in a way that continues to seek and celebrate difference. 

Thoughtworks acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live, and their continued connection to Country. We pay our respects to Elders past and present. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples were the world's first scientists, technologists, engineers and mathematicians. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
