Job responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of recruiters, driving performance, capability building, and succession planning.
- Partner with business leaders to define and execute APAC hiring strategies aligned to market insights and commercial needs.
- Ensure operational excellence through accurate reporting, data hygiene, KPI management, audits, and system compliance.
- Guide full-cycle recruiting excellence, including sourcing, pitching, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse pipelines across roles.
- Build strong relationships with cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Lead Account-based-hiring processes and support global interview standardization implementations and training.
- Drive continuous improvement across tools, workflows, and hiring delivery.
Job qualifications
Technical Skills
- 8-12 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including a significant tenure in an in-house setting. Demonstrate expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment specifically for technical positions.
- Minimum 2 years in leadership role, experience managing and developing a team of recruiters in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the APAC talent market. Singapore expertise is required. Experience recruiting in Australia, Vietnam, and Thailand is a bonus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Ability to influence and partner with leaders across functions and regions.
- Proficiency in recruiting tools (Greenhouse, GoHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Sisense) is a plus.
