As BP faces massive transformation through the transition to sustainability, Matt is innovating the Customer Experiences across 17,000 service stations. Matt is committed to driving change through continual improvement – “the human interaction between digital and the physical worlds changes constantly. To win, we must keep learning from our consumers and have them in the room with us”.

Alla oversees a global organization of Business Development leaders to enable thousands of customers to develop new digital products and services leveraging Amazon’s approach to innovation. Prior to AWS, Alla led the North America Business Development organization at AmazonFresh and began her career with Amazon, leading two Marketplace categories. Prior to Amazon, she worked at General Electric leading a mix of commercial, operational and finance initiatives across the renewable energy space. Alla has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and is based in New York City.

Joe leads an organization of strategy, product and design consultants delivering customer experience solutions including CX Strategy, Digital Product Design and Delivery, and Product Organization Transformation for our clients. Our clients cross all industries and vary in size from scale ups to Fortune 50. Most recently, Joe was Global CTO for frog design. Over a 30 year career, he has held leadership roles in management consulting, enterprise software and founded a startup, always focused on helping his clients grow their business through a focus on customer experience. Joe is based in Seattle, WA.
