XConf is our annual technology event created by technologists for technologists who care deeply about software and its impact on the world. It has proven to be such a popular event that this year we hosted it in nine regions around the world. At each XConf, diverse groups of speakers covered a wide range of topics.

Thoughtworks Live

Thoughtworks Live is an event series designed especially for senior executives at the intersection of business and technology. YConf is our annual event for people working in customer experience, product and design at the intersection with tech.     According to a recent study of data and technology leaders commissioned by Professor Tom Davenport and Thoughtworks, 81% of organizations reported their internal teams only understand the roles of different technology-oriented groups either somewhat, or not at all. Yet 78% of organizations view the resources of information, technology, analytics/AI and digital as important. Some organizations have started to recognize the confusion these titles are causing, and have begun consolidating senior roles in technology and data into what we’re calling SuperTech leaders. Join us on March 14th as Professor Davenport joins Thoughtworks’ Head of Data Strategy and Governance to discuss the findings of the report, as well as their implications, in greater detail.
