Digital Leaders Forum

An exclusive audience with Dr. Peter Weill

Leading future-ready organizations: An evening with Dr. Peter Weill

Now more than ever, leaders are urged to realize the value from their digital endeavors. Join us for an evening of stimulating discussions with industry leaders to explore how future-ready businesses successfully create, capture and maximize value to stay competitive and ensure long-term success.

“Digital is everybody’s job, not purely the role of the CIO or technology leadership. In a future-ready company you can’t really tell who’s in technology, who’s running a line of business or who’s operating another function. They’re all digitally savvy and work as a multidisciplinary team.” – Dr. Peter Weill

We are delighted to invite you to join Dr. Peter Weill, along with senior business executives and change-makers, for an evening focused on leading future-ready organizations.

Keynote: Four pathways to capturing digital value

Organizations today are under immense pressure to extract tangible value from their digital initiatives. While the journey to capture digital value has become a strategic imperative for growth, it’s often riddled with challenges. Many organizations grapple with problems such as unmet bottom line expectations from digital investments, slow progress, wasted resources and challenging organizational change.

In his interactive session, Dr. Peter Weill will explore these complexities and global best practices from more than 700 companies offering new pathways for leaders to chart and measure their digital journey. Through compelling data and real world case studies, he will demonstrate how future-ready businesses successfully navigate these challenges, seize new opportunities, and leverage digital in all aspects of their business, including:

  • Creating a common language and then agreement on a winning digital strategy

  • Tools companies can use to tackle threats and leverage opportunities

  • Improving both customer experience and operational efficiency

  • Overcoming the inevitable difficulties faced along the transformation journey

  • Forging partnerships and building a shared ecosystem so everyone can thrive

  • Polling and conversation to benchmark your enterprise against the best
