AI-First Maintenance and Operations Lead

I am a tech lead and software developer at Thoughtworks, focused on software maintenance, operations and AI-first engineering. I'm curious about how humans can use AI to keep software healthy in production, and in the practices that make that collaboration reliable.

I approach my work in a people-oriented way, and enjoy turning complex problems into clear paths forward for teams. I've spoken about AI-first software maintenance and delivery at XConf Europe 2026.
