Andrew SoaneHead of Marketing, UK
Andrew is Head of Marketing for Thoughtworks UK and a member of the UK leadership team. He leads a multi-disciplinary function that includes brand and campaigns, lead generation and partnership marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), employer brand and content marketing.
Andrew has a proven track record in working with senior leaders to determine and understand business strategy, utilizing data and analytics to develop insights-led marketing strategies, and translating strategy into operational and tactical marketing plans.
An experienced leader, he works closely with his team to help them grow in their roles and be successful at Thoughtworks. He’s passionate about inclusion and diversity, and is the Executive Sponsor for Thoughtworks’ UK Race & Ethnicity employee affinity group, and former Executive Sponsor for the LGBTQ+ affinity group.
Prior to joining Thoughtworks, Andrew spent 7 years at Accenture where he held various marketing leadership roles. Before then he spent a number of years in various marketing and advertising agencies, in a variety of client and agency management roles.
Andrew completed an MBA in November 2022, and has been a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management since May 2012.
