Empowering women to pivot back to tech

Thoughtworks Pivot is a return-to-tech program designed to help experienced women technologists refresh their skills and pivot back to their tech journeys after a career break.

The program builds on the success of Vapasi, our established returnship initiative in India. Across 21 batches, more than 250 women have participated, with many graduates going on to build rewarding careers at Thoughtworks and other companies.

We’re bringing this experience to Singapore with our first Thoughtworks Pivot cohort in February 2027. If you’re looking to return to tech and explore new career opportunities, register your interest below to receive updates when applications open.
