Value from Volatility: Creating a change-powered enterprise

Join our virtual lunch sessions | 8-10th September

As we continue to weather the impacts of the COVID-19 crisis, it’s natural for businesses to focus on survival and ‘going back to normal’. However, re-establishing the status quo leaves enterprises vulnerable to the next seismic shift, there is a need for organisations to move beyond business continuity to achieve resilience.

In this virtual edition of ThoughtWorks Live, we will explore how, by drawing on the right combination of capabilities, businesses can capitalise on adversity and disruption. Our expert speakers will examine how companies can turn change into a source of competitive advantage, leveraging shifting dynamics to lay a foundation for future growth.

We will focus on practical technological and organisational building blocks that enable business leaders to anticipate emerging opportunities and threats, feeding these insights seamlessly into future decision-making to transform for the better and strengthen enterprise resilience - and relevance - for the long term.
