I am a software engineer by training and a product person at my core.

My journey began with the logic and building blocks of software engineering, but I found my true passion for technological impact at the intersection of business value and human needs. I apply product thinking across all problems and goals by viewing every challenge not just as a system to build, but as an opportunity to deliver meaningful outcomes.

During my extensive tenure at Thoughtworks, I have deliberately stepped into diverse roles across delivery, strategy, sales, and organizational transformation. Rather than changing hats as I moved between these functions, I intentionally kept my product hat on. This approach has allowed me to lead varied teams by shifting the focus toward relentless customer-centricity and measurable business impact, ensuring that whether we are winning a deal or transforming an enterprise, we are ultimately solving the right problems.

Leadership, to me, is an ongoing journey of learning. The tech landscape evolves rapidly, and I thrive on staying curious, absorbing new perspectives, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement within my teams.

Outside of work, I fuel my curiosity by reading and traveling to experience new cultures. My go-to for recharging & relaxing is swimming or meditating. I live in Bangalore with my family and my two sons.
